hAPPY ONE YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY to the Sneddons
These two wed last year 10.14.21 in the Provo City Center Temple. It was a brisk 39 degrees for the high! It was freezing, but their love for each other kept us all warm! So happy for these two who found love again, with each other, after the loss of their spouses. I love that they found love again with each other and each other's children. It's a beautiful thing. I love that I was chosen to capture their big day. It was an honor and privilege! Wishing these two and their families a lifetime of happiness and wonderful memories! xo...elle
thanksgiving point garden reception
It was a brisk but beautiful evening garden reception at the beautiful Thanksgiving Point. The hot chocolate bar was a favorite for sure, to keep everyone warm. You just never know the kind of weather you're going to have on an October wedding. They were adorable as the newlyweds cut their amazing cake and just got a touch of frosting on each other's noses. No smashing of cake in each other's faces. The food and treats were delightful. The famous shoe game was hilarious. I love that their spouses, who passed, were honored on the table with their photos and other memorabilia. We shot their exit using a pink colored gel over an off camera flash on a pole, that my lovely assistant (Dr. Jeffrey Madsen) held for me, to back light the couple and give the hovering smoke of the illuminous sparklers a fun pop of color to create a more magical exit. Then, they were whisked away in their modern day chariot, the Audi, and off they went on their honeymoon, to have their happily ever after fairytale come alive. I just spoke to them and they are now celebrating in San Francisco this weekend! So fun! I'm excited to double date with them, when they return, since I'm now married and need more couples to double with!
